op·er·a·tor
| ˈäp-(ə-)ˌrāt-ər | noun
From the Latin operari: to work, and to cause.

A problem-solving company. Fifteen years of solving hard problems in corporate America. We take the broken thing, learn what the fix requires, build it, and deliver it in the open, so operators can do the same in their own environment.

The problem on the bench

Every case here started as a problem we could not get past. This is the one we are working through now, in the open, before we know how it ends.

In progress

The first case is being written.

This is where the current problem lives. Not a finished story with a tidy ending, but the one still on the bench: what is broken, what we have tried, and what has not worked yet.

When it is solved it moves to the workshop, and a new problem takes its place.
