The Operator Company is a problem-solving company. We take on things that could work better, learn what the fix requires, build it, and deliver it in the open, so operators can do the same in their own environment.
Professionals are being told to use AI, and to modernize, and to move faster, with almost no credible guidance on how. The content available to them splits into two useless extremes. Hype merchants, for whom every update is world-changing. And engineers, talking over their heads.
The middle is empty. That is where we work.
You do not have to be an engineer to build real things. You have to be willing to learn the thing standing between you and the fix, and then actually build it. That is a skill, and it can be learned.
